A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Dike homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
We also coordinate Roof Replacement timing around Dike weather patterns, scheduling tear-off days when the forecast gives us the best chance of staying dry.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead carries current Dike, IA licensing and full insurance.
Local Dike crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
Architectural shingles, metal panels, and impact-rated options are all explained in plain terms.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Dike Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
Crew leads arrive with the equipment needed for a full property assessment.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
Tear-off crew protected our landscaping better than we expected going in.
